We are located on the same street as before, just across the road!

We are in the back east corner of the Jenson Avenue Plaza. You will see our sign in the ditch! We are on the same side of the building as For Life Therapy, just down on the opposite end.

MAKE SURE you are putting in SouthEAST when entering into GPS. If it is taking you to the other end of town, please use 925 Jenson Avenue SE.
